Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days (Free on orders over $50)
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days ($14.99 flat rate)
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days ($29.99 flat rate)

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 100 countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order anytime on our website.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement.
