Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, here is how we can help.

1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened beauty products, swimwear, earrings, and perishable goods.

3. Return Process

Contact support@venturatrek.com with your order number. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.

5. Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
